What is Cloutcrowd?

CloutCrowd is our fully automated Software-as-a-Service consultancy platform. Here’s how our clients use CloutCrowd:

Consultants

store their best practices as a questionnaire plus maturity model. The consultants’ clients send the questionnaire to their own managers and employees. Once the first respondents come in, our dashboards automatically deploy and start giving consultancy advice.

Technology Vendors

ask their clients to indicate their actual situation and generic wishlist. CloutCrowd calculates how the vendor’s technology would best fit the client’s situation, how to implement that technology and which product and services the client subquently has to buy.

Corporations

(usually multinationals with a Strategy- or Organizational Effectiveness department) offer a variety of assessments to their internal clients (the Board, divisions, OpCo’s, etc.) and integrate the results in their own organizational DNA and transformation roadmap.

Government agencies

use CloutCrowd for internal analysis (often related to processes and personnel) and also start to offer automated services to smaller business and individual constituents as well. A more extended use will bring enough data to drive a sector policy.

Scale? Automate!

Scaling up your organization. It’s the magic mantra these days. That’s where automation comes to play. With Cloutcrowd you can automate your entire consultancy process.  Our dashboards are designed to self- interpret input from managers and employees and – within a very intuitive user interface – explain what exactly is going on. The dashboards’ underlying AI propose smart targets in real-time.

Which, by the way, they do 4 times better than managers.

And once the client (or consultant or tech vendor) confirms the target (or proposes an alternative one), the dashboards then take the clients, managers and employees by the hand about what to improve, when to do it, how to improve and who can help.

CloutCrowd for any boardroom questions that are non-routine.

Unfortunately, a lot of boardroom issues are non-routine. Hence, no data in your corporate datawarehouse. You have to ask people.

How we feed our algorithms – study #14

Quantifying organizational alignment

We compare pairs of respondents with regard to their ambition.
Here is an example from an extented management team of a larger corporation.

Red = disagreement on what they want to do.

Green = a pair agrees.

Orange = half-way between red and green.

The respondent on the top row DISagrees the most with everyone else. The respondent on the bottom row AGREES the most. We see two mainly green squares of respondents: the lower right (Steffi to Belinda) and the upper left (Lisa to Ron). This extended management team is divided in two camps. Each camps agrees within but disagrees with the other camp.

Solving this disagreement beforehand impacts the changes of a succesful transformation.

How we feed our algorithms – study #55

A collision in the making

41% of managers are slowly in collision course with their teams.

UNKNOWINGLY.

It’s the quadrant right-below. Every dot in the graph is a team.

The team members are rather aligned (depicted on the X-axis): there is a high level of agreement among the team members. Yet, the team’s agreement with the management target  (shown on the Y-axis) is low. That means ‘confrontation or compromise’. Either confront the team with a My-way-or-the-highway speech (eh, better have your sanctions ready …) or start the peace talks and find out where you can all find a common ground.
